We’re committed to removing barriers to learning so students can stay focused on their goals. From free meals and transportation to afterschool tutoring and credit recovery, our services are designed to help students succeed in school and plan for what comes next.
Counseling
Students have access to school-based counseling that supports emotional wellness, academic planning, and personal growth.
Family Resources
With collaborative efforts by several community agencies, students receive additional support from professionals in the school setting. Students can earn a pre-apprentice certification and career pathways to graduation.

Food Services
Nutritious meals are served daily, with free breakfast and lunch available to all enrolled students.
Tutoring & Summer Programs
We offer academic support to help students catch up or move ahead—during the school year and beyond.
- Daily afterschool tutoring available to all students until 4:00 PM
- Summer credit recovery program available for students who need to regain academic standing
Transportation
Auxilio Transportation provides safe transport for Lorain students living 2 or more miles from Loran Prep HS , Lorain County Transit, Via LCT.
- Yellow bus transportation provided for Lorain students who live more than two miles from the school
- LCT rideshare options (Uber, Lyft) available at a discounted rate with student ID
